Facial Embodiment Workshop


Join holistic health practitioner Kaitlin for a 1-hour journey of rejuvenation and renewal through guided facial embodiment rituals.


What to Expect:


Awaken the lymphatic system with gentle tapping and movement
Soothe the nervous system through breathwork, meditation, and tuning forks
Guided self-massage for the neck, face, and scalp
Gua sha ritual for energetic flow and sculpting
Natural skincare journey with locally crafted products: cleanse, exfoliate, mask, tone, moisturize
Closing meditation to ground and integrate your experience.
You can bring your own Guasha or there will be some available for the workshop to use, with an option to purchase at the end.
