Join Selkirk Saunas and Laura Hett for their first community sauna sessions in Revelstoke. Settle into a soothing, restorative Sunday flow as you’re guided through three 15-minute sauna rounds, each followed by a refreshing cold lake plunge over a spacious 90minutes.
Every round includes gentle aufguss steam, carefully chosen essential oils, and music to deepen relaxation. Laura will guide some gentle breathing, movement and contemplation during the sauna to help to support the body’s recovery and help calm the nervous system.
Take this time to sweat, unwind, and reset — offering your body space to recover, restore, and come back into balance.
