Learn Mudo's unique Moving Meditation practise to support physical and mental wellbeing.
Workshops conclude with Wudang 5-animals Chi-gung, better suited for those with Yoga/Martial Art experience but made accessible for all abilities.
Rain or shine put the sun inside- every Sunday in July!
