Charity Football Match & Fee BBQ

This Sunday we host the first annual Charity Football match where the Kings Arms Clarborough FC 1st Team take on The Kings Arms Haxey FC. This will be our first game at our new home at East Retford Rugby Club in Ordsall.

We will be contending for The Tick Tock Tony Trophy whilst raising money for Sheffield Children's Hospital!

Tick Tock Tony.... or Tony The Pie Man, was a gentleman who had a history with both pubs before his passing. His family are still connected to both pubs so both pubs wanted to do something annually in his memory. We have chosen the Sheffield Children's Hospital Charity this year as to a lot of our customers, Sheffield Children's Hospital is very important to them.

Next Year, The Kings Arms Haxey will host this event and choose the charity of their choice.

Who will be the first team to retain the Trophy??

After the football match we welcome anyone to come back to Clarborough where we will do the presentation of the new Trophy which also includes a FREE BBQ from 2pm.
