With over 20 years of experience in the Science of Longevity, Y offers a unique approach to healing that blends mindfulness, therapeutic yoga, and vibrational sound therapy. Using instruments like singing bowls and chimes, she’ll guide you through a calming session to:

• Support restful sleep
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Reconnect with your inner balance
