Join me for a Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Bath — a soothing experience designed to calm the mind, release stress, and restore clarity so you return to your afternoon refreshed and balanced. The gentle vibrations of the bowls will guide you into deep relaxation and support your body’s natural reset.

When: 12pm-1pm, Wednesday, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, 10/29 (Lunchtime)
