Step into the very first offering by Gather & Ground — a community-led movement for mindful living.
This soft and nurturing 55-minute class is designed especially for absolute beginners. You’ll move through a gentle Vinyasa-style flow at a slow, accessible pace, weaving in breathwork and closing with a calming meditation to help you feel grounded and supported.
This is more than just a yoga class — it’s an invitation to connect with yourself and others in a space that feels safe, welcoming, and real. Come as you are, move how you can, and stay afterwards for tea, conversation, and a sense of belonging.
No prior experience needed — just bring a mat, an open heart, and a willingness to slow down.
