The Sunday Refresh

Join Sam from Luminous Mind & Body and Melanie of Soulful Fox as we take 75 minutes to let go of the week’s stress and welcome a lighter clearer you. This practice is designed to help you release what no longer serves you restore balance and step into the week ahead with fresh energy.

This event is held in a comfy community space (not a yoga studio). Please bring a yoga mat or towel pillow blanket and anything else that helps you soften and settle in. We'll be laying down for the whole 75 minutes.
