The Future Is Female X The Mill Pilates

STRONG WOMEN EMPOWER STRONG WOMEN - mentally and physically!

The Future is Female is teaming up with our favorite studio to raise money for our favorite local cause.

Join us for TWO donation based 1 hour classes on Sunday, October 5th. Be sure to reserve your spot: https://www.mindbodyonline.com/explore/locations/the-mill-barre-pilates-studio (Choose between 9am or 10am.)

Open to everyone, membership to The Mill is not required. Donations will be accepted for The Women and Childrens Center of the Sierra.
