The 2026 EVolution Experience

Empowered Ventures Media Group is excited to collaborate with four incredible local women to bring The EVolution Experience to life, each contributing expertise that supports leadership, confidence, visibility, and alignment for women in our community.

Session 1 & 2 kick-off the first half of The EVolution Experience will be led by Morgan Massie and Myree Townsend, who will deliver their established and highly impactful workshop focused on leadership, self-awareness, and confidence.

This two-part experience is rooted in helping women better understand themselves through DISC, strengthen how they communicate and lead, and show up with greater clarity and authenticity. Morgan and Myree bring a powerful, complementary dynamic combining leadership development, behavioral insight, and practical application that allows participants to immediately connect insight to action.

Their workshop has helped professionals gain deeper self-awareness, strengthen leadership presence, and build confidence that carries into both personal and professional spaces. As part of The EVolution Experience, this session serves as the foundational pillar helping women understand how they lead and how they are perceived before moving into embodiment, visibility, and personal brand.

The second half of The EVolution Experience is designed to move women from internal clarity into embodied confidence and visible impact.

Together, these sessions form a complete experience that helps you step into 2026 with clarity, confidence, and visibility. Each of you plays a critical role in that journey, and the power of EVolution is in how your expertise connects and builds.

This is not four separate talks.

After gaining insight into how they lead and how they communicate, attendees transition into Session 3, led by Isha Casagrande, where self-awareness becomes embodiment. This session focuses on aligning personal style with inner identity and leadership presence, helping women understand how what they wear and how they carry themselves directly influences confidence, credibility, and how they are perceived.

Isha guides women in translating who they are becoming into how they show up physically and visually, turning confidence into something that is felt, seen, and expressed. This is where alignment moves from mindset into presence.

The day concludes with Session 4, led by Alita, which brings everything together through personal branding and visibility. In this final session, women learn how to translate leadership, self-awareness, and embodied confidence into how they show up on camera, on social media, and in professional spaces.

Alita helps attendees connect their story, voice, and leadership into a clear and confident brand presence, empowering them to be seen, recognized, and remembered. This session ensures the work of the day does not stay internal, but moves outward into real-world visibility and impact.

Together, Sessions Three and Four complete the EVolution journey by transforming insight into expression and confidence into visibility. Women leave not only knowing who they are and how they lead, but feeling confident in how they show up and prepared to carry that alignment into the world.

Info: Welcome, light breathwork and stretching and intention setting.

Info: Morgan will help you understand your leadership style and how to intentionally channel it into their your level. This session sets the foundation for the entire day by anchoring attendees in self awareness, confidence, and direction.


This is where you begin to see yourself clearly as a leader and recognize how you want to lead in the year ahead.

Info: Building from Session 1, Myree deepens that awareness by helping you understand your DISC style. This session gives language to how you communicate, make decisions, and interact with others.


You will learn how to use your DISC insights to strengthen your leadership style rather than work against it. This creates clarity, confidence, and alignment between who you are and how you lead.

Info: Attendees will enjoy light bites and opportunity to vist vendor partners while networking.

Info: Once you understand who you are internally, Isha helps you reflect that identity outwardly. This session shows you how to dress with confidence and align your external style with your inner personality and leadership presence.


This is where self-awareness becomes embodiment. You begin to step into confidence not just mentally, but physically and visually.
