Join us in the cool peaceful space of Wildflower on 7th for a deeply relaxing indoor sound bath designed to help you unwind recharge and reconnect. Using crystal singing bowls chimes and other gentle instruments you’ll be guided through a restorative experience that soothes the nervous system and supports your body’s natural healing.

✨ No prior experience needed
✨ Please bring a yoga mat or towel blanket pillow eye covering: whatever helps you get cozy and comfortable
✨ Arrive a few minutes early to settle in
