Musician's Spotlight featuring Noble Braddock, Noah Byrd & James Coon

The Reno Musician's Collective presents another special night of music and stories featuring Noah Byrd, Noble Braddock, and James Coon!

Nostalgic, cathartic, and existential with a healthy dose of silly – Noah Byrd has been writing 90’s-infused indie-folk songs for over a decade. Inspired in 2014 by the mellow stylings of Ben Howard, Noah embarked on a songwriting odyssey which included countless performances throughout Sacramento, Seattle, and finally Truckee. In 2019 he released his debut EP ‘Little Bird’ and is currently self-producing his debut album.

As a self-taught musician playing piano and guitar with an eclectic sound, Noble Braddock’s musical influences range from Elvis Presley and Alice n chains to Nahko and medicine for the people. He shares: “Life lessons have given me the content needed to create my art through song. With music being my saving grace many times, my goal would be to share my story and bring healing to those in need.” He is currently in the beginning phases of recording his first album titled Broken to Healing.

Noted Silicon Valley-based songwriter James Coon is known for his warm rich melodies and lyrical elegance. From the driving Heartland Rock of “Just Without Me” to the blues-influenced “Suggestible Smile”, to his oft-requested and haunting “New York in the Rain” — his songs always have a door that invites you in. These days you’ll find him performing at the iconic Cats in Los Gatos, as well as other greater Bay Area venues. He is currently at work on his first, partially released album at Smash Mouth’s Little Warrior studios.
