Meet and Greet With Northern Nevada's Home Run Hitters

Two local athletes, Aubrey Frederito from Washoe Little League and Landon Parise from Sparks Centennial Little League, traveled to Williamsport, Pennsylvania last week to represent the Top 4 in the Western Region at the Little League World Series Home Run Derby!

They each made it to the big stage after smashing their local Home Run Derby contests in the spring, sending them to Atlanta in June for the regional qualifier where they each competed against the top home run hitters from the western region. Each athlete finished in the top 4 and punched their tickets to Williamsport, Pennsylvania for the National Championship.

Aubrey and Landon will be at the Learning Express this Friday August 29th from 3:30-5pm. Autographs and photo opportunities will be available so stop by and meet these local celebs!
