FINAL HAMMOCK SOUNDBATH @ Soltara

Join us for our final hammock soundbath at Soltara! Be held in a cocoon like state while the vibrations from sacred instruments surround your chakras to bring you back into alignment.

Many things pull us out of alignment each day.

Sacred instruments can re-align our system to bring the stress and anxiety down off our system.

We will also be using breathwork to let go of stress and feel lighter in our system.

We want to thank Soltara for having us in their sacred space over the last few months!
