Comfort Tools for Labor

Comfort Tools for Labor is a 1 day, 4.5 hour course for birthing folks who want to practice coping tools for pain management during labor. Class will also cover comfort tools for the last weeks of pregnancy and the first few weeks of postpartum life.

Registration covers the cost of the birthing person and 1 additional support person.
It is encouraged that the birthing person attend with their partner, spouse, doula or support person.
Pairs will leave feeling empowered, connected and prepared.
