UNBOUND is a progressive 3-week breathwork journey designed to help you gently release emotional pressure from the body, soften old patterns, and return to a deeper sense of ease, clarity, and inner freedom.
This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about letting go of what you were never meant to carry.
What is 9D Breathwork?
9D Breathwork is a guided, immersive breathwork experience that combines intentional breathing with layered sound, music, and verbal guidance delivered through headphones to help calm the nervous system and release stored stress or emotion from the body. You lie down and follow simple breathing cues while the audio gently guides you—no forcing or effort required—often leading to deep relaxation, emotional release, clarity, and a sense of reset. It’s trauma-informed, supportive, and designed to let the body do the work in a safe, contained way rather than pushing for intense experiences.
WEEK 1 — Expression (2/9/26): Releasing What You’ve Been Holding In
Many of us carry unspoken emotion—frustration, pressure, or tension—not because we want to, but because we’ve learned to stay quiet or strong.
This journey supports safe, grounded emotional expression through breathwork, guided imagery, and intentional breath holds—allowing the body to release without overwhelm.
You may feel relief, reduced physical tension, and a greater sense of clarity and grounded presence.
WEEK 2 — Letting Go: Release the Past (2/16/26)
With the body more open, this journey supports emotional release and surrender.
Through progressive breathwork and immersive soundscapes, you’ll gently clear emotional baggage and create space for peace, softness, and inner calm—without forcing or reliving anything before you’re ready.
You may feel lighter, clearer, and less weighed down.
WEEK 3 — Liberation (2/23/26): Returning to Wholeness & Inner Freedom
Liberation is not about becoming someone new—it’s about remembering who you are beneath old conditioning.
This final journey supports deep integration and release of long-held emotional patterns, inviting a felt sense of belonging, self-trust, and inner freedom.
You may feel more whole, connected, and calmly confident.
No prior breathwork experience needed. Everything unfolds at the pace your nervous system allows.
