In Suen Lee’s Spinning Pole class, you will learn various tricks and trends, discovering how to enjoy spinning poles elegantly and beautifully. This class will help you refine your spinning technique while enhancing your strength, flexibility, and poise on the spinning pole. Open to all levels, from beginner to intermediate
14h - 15h20 : EXOTIC SEXY CHOREO (80 min – TOUS NIVEAUX)
Exotic Sexy Chores is a sultry and empowering pole dance experience featuring a seductive choreographed routine designed to highlight your sensuality and confidence. You’ll learn short choreography using basic movements and tricks, perfect for all levels from beginners to advanced.
