Bat Blitz

🦇 Join us for an evening of bat discovery! 🦇

The Tennessee Bat Working Group invites you to Chilhowee Campground on Monday, August 18, 2025, at 8:00 PM EDT for a night filled with fascinating bat presentations and a live mist netting demonstration.

Professional bat biologists will be on site to share their knowledge about the bats of Tennessee, set up nets to safely capture flying bats, and talk about their unique life history and ecology.
