Our courses are a challenge to you to commit to a 12 Week Beginner Transformation Course!
On this course you will get the 12 Pole Classes which we structure with content specifically for complete beginners wanting to build strength, try pole and really make a transformation that will spark your passion for fitness and give you a new found confidence.
Why Pole? -
Because it really is unique and hits differently to your standard mat based classes!!
It’s hard! - but we know EXACTLY how to teach complete beginners.
You do not need strength to start. And nobody cares about how old you are! Everyone is in the same position and the amount of support you’ll get from each other and the team is unmatched.
With just 6 spaces on each course - it is better and the equivalent to a small personal training group. But obviously a lot more fun and a lot more motivating.
You’ll be amazed by what you can achieve in just 12 weeks.
