🌟 It’s Mellow Monday! Join us for Restore and Renew with Andrea from 6:00 to 7:30 PM! 🌟
This therapeutic yoga class is designed for all ages, focusing on increasing range of motion, improving posture, and alleviating tension. A class where, even if it’s your first ever yoga experience, you will feel safe, supported, and deeply relaxed.

We’ll conclude with a soothing 15-minute sound bath, featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing sounds to deeply relax the mind and body.
