Breath + Movement + Reflection - Rehoboth

Part of our Summer Series!

Settle into the rhythm of summer with this grounding, heart-opening class — now offered with silent disco headphones to enhance your experience and help you tune into your breath, your body, and the soothing sounds of the ocean.

Class is held in the sand on Rehoboth Beach! (Check schedule before arriving, class is weather dependent.)

Look for us at the SOUTH END just 1 block past where the boardwalk ends at Prospect Street.

We'll begin with breathwork to clear the mind, flow through gentle, intentional movement to awaken the body, and wrap up with time for journaling and quiet reflection. It's the perfect pause for your soul — a chance to connect with yourself, nature, and the present moment.

This class is open to everyone.
Bring your own beach towel or mat, a journal and pen, water, and sunscreen.
