Imagine this… You’re suspended in air, gently swaddled in a hammock. The world quiets. There’s nothing to fix, nothing to prove. Just breath, stillness, and surrender. You become weightless, timeless. And something within you whispers… this is just what I needed.

Join us for a hammock stretch and guided meditation designed to reset your system, soften
your edges, and help you truly let go.

To begin, Adrienne will introduce you to the fabric and guide you through a deep yet gentle stretch to
set the tone and get you ready to let go.

Once you are relaxed and settled in your hammock, Amy will lead a deep, guided meditation to support your shift from survival to freedom.

Amy Dawns is a soul guide, energy alchemist, and mystical storyteller who helps others come home to themselves. Through her presence and intuitive gifts, she creates spaces where transformation feels safe, sacred, and real.
