Flora's Walk for Perinatal Mental Health - Regina 2025

Join us for a morning of community and awareness at the annual Flora's Walk for Perinatal Mental Health here in Regina on May 4, 2025!

Every year, communities throughout Canada participate in this walk to raise awareness of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and in honour of those lost to perinatal mental health complications. Flora’s Walk began after the death of Canadian mother Flora Babakhani, who lost her life in 2022 due to undiagnosed and untreated postpartum psychosis. Regina Perinatal Health Network, From Seed To Sprout, and Build A Village are collaborating in this national fundraising and awareness walk with the goal of increasing accessible perinatal mental health services and making a positive impact in Regina.

Fundraising is not mandatory to join this event - it is free for all! Here is what you can expect:
- Regina Early Learning Centre Outdoor Play Space open 9:30-11:30am
- Flora's Walk kicks off at 10am with short speeches, pre-walk stretch, and a walk around the block
