Floating Meditation Workshop

Hammock Stretch & Guided Meditation

Join us for an exquisite experience of hammock stretching and guided meditation, thoughtfully designed to completely reset your system, soften any lingering edges, and help you truly let go.

To begin, we will gently introduce you to the fabric, ensuring you feel comfortable and secure. We will then go through a series of gentle stretches, including specific hip release stretches, setting the tone and preparing your body and mind to release tension and surrender.

This is more than just a workshop; it's an opportunity to embrace stillness, release what no longer serves you, and rediscover your inner sense of calm and expansive possibility.

Ready to join us? The cost for this event is $45 per spot, tax included. Please feel free to bring a water bottle, a small blanket, and any writing tools you may want to have handy. Dress in comfortable clothes and layers to ensure you are perfectly at ease.
