Beginner Sling Outdoor Classes

Sling incorporates flowing transitions with tricks and combinations to help you find flight. Aerial sling is a long loop of fabric suspended from the ceiling. You will learn the basics for mounting and inverting on the sling, as well as creating beautiful wraps and circus tricks. This is the perfect class for those who want to increase overall fitness and endurance with a low impact. I have 8 sessions scheduled so sign up for the classes that work for you.
