Continuiamo ad allenarci per migliorare il nostro tango con il PILATES!
Utilizzeremo i principi fondamentali del Postural Pilates per imparare a muovere il nostro corpo con economia, flessibilità, grazia ed equilibrio.
Proprio ciò che serve a un ballerin* di Tango!!

Non serve essere ballerini provetti, le lezioni sono aperte a tutti, senza distinzione di scuole e livello di ballo!

Il workout sarà condotto da Benedetta Bertolani, insegnante di pilates e tanguera!

Porta tappetino, calzini e scarpe da tango

Costo lezione 15 euro.

Siamo in via Kennedy 17 a Reggio Emilia (ampia sala al piano terra) con parcheggi gratuiti.
