🛑 PLEASE NOTE THIS EVENT IS ONLY BEING ORGANIZED BY Joanna Richey-Cilwa FOR Vendors The Car show is by Russ Nehmer There is a lady trying to collect a massive amount of money on shows and i heard she has now tried on this one Vendors beware no money is taken until day of for this event
👀We are looking for vendors for this years Veterans Memorial Park Car Show in Reed City
✅Date July 19th,2025
✅Times 10:00am-3pm ( checkin in and payment collected starting at 8am-9am)
✅Cost $20 per spot
🍔We are looking for 1 Food Truck $40 spot
🇺🇸All funds will support the Veterans Memorial Park.🇺🇸
👀I am asking for the food truck to arrive by 7:45am to get pulled in before canopies go up.
✅Lineup begins behind the businesses such as Hometown Pharmcy, Love inc and so on in parking lot and must be cleared out by 9am to prevent blocking these businesses
✅Spots are on a first come basis beginning lineup on Higbee by the Brewery on each side and working our way around Upton ave and back up Higbee headed north to keep cars from being blocked trying to unload.
✅Once you unload all your items prior to setup please move your cars back to the parking lot where you paid to allow others to get in and out😊
Please contact Joanna Richey-Cilwa for the vendor portion of the event only. You may PM me and I will message you back. I will need to know what type of items you are selling so we make sure no two alike are together if at all possible as we fill people in.
We are asking for a donation to the vendor basket to be raffled off. All proceeds will go to the Veterans Park Memorial Fund.
