Yoga for Wellbeing with Sunrise at Redruth Rugby Club

Join us for a FREE session of 'Yoga for Wellbeing' with Sunrise Cornwall CIC. We offer free safe and supportive events, workshops and activities for adults affected by loss through suicide.
Our yoga sessions are suitable for all levels of experience, whether you're a seasoned yogi or simply curious to explore how yoga can benefit your wellbeing. All equipment provided, as well as refreshments.
Yoga is well-known to be an incredibly healing and beneficial for physical,mental and emotional health. Our friendly and supportive event leaders Danielle (Danielle Yoga) and Serena (Blossom Sky Wellbeing) will hold space for you and guide you through different elements of yoga, including movement, stillness, meditation and breathwork.
Accompanying us at each session will be trained Sunrise Facilitators, and there will always be time for tea and a chat after.
The session will be held in The Tribute Lounge at Redruth Rugby Club with plenty of parking available.
