Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or a seasoned mat worker, this block of Matwork Pilates classes with work through the 5 Pilates Fundamentals over the course of the 4 weeks - Flow . Center . Breath . Concentration . Control . Precision.
Adaptations and progressions will be provided throughout. This class aims to leave you feeling energised, uplifted, strong and grounded. Led by experienced Matwork teacher, dancer and aerialist Charlotte Luke, you’ll be encouraged to gain a deeper understanding of Pilates and the way your body moves and responds.
This is the first in what will hopefully be a regular series of Pilates at the brand new studio at The Ladder in Redruth.
As someone who grew up in Redruth I am excited to be running these sessions at a beautiful new venue in my local area.
