During these events, you'll be immersed in a soothing symphony of sounds designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore your inner balance. Dr. Tselane will use a variety of instruments, including crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion, to create an atmosphere of serenity and tranquility.
To fully enjoy the sound bath, we recommend attendees to bring:
Yoga Mat, Bolster or Blanket(s): For comfort and to lie down during the sound bath.
Pillow: To support your head and neck while you relax.
Clothing: Dress in comfortable clothing, including socks, because the Meet Me In The Dirt Retreat Center gets chilly.
Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is essential for your well-being.
