Friends and Family Work Party 2025

Spring has sprung and it's time to get the barn ready for the summer season!

Have you been interested in getting involved to help the SAFE horses, but can't commit to a weekly volunteer shift? Consider joining us on Saturday, May 24th, anytime from 9am to 3pm for our annual Friends and Family Work Party.

During this event our community of volunteers will be doing everything from W**d whacking and pressure washing, to refreshing gravel paddocks, painting fences, and more. All you need to bring is closed toed shoes, long pants, sunscreen, and your favorite pair of work gloves if you have some. SAFE will have water, extra gloves, and all the tools we'll need.

Children must be 12 years or older to attend. Kids who are 12-15 years old will need to work with their parent or guardian, and those who are 16+ years old can work independently or with another group of current volunteers.
