Nativity

This play, especially written for adult audiences, is not like ANY other Nativity Play you have ever seen before. Developed in workshops with the cast by renowned theatre director, the late John Durnin - this is a hard-hitting, thought-provoking, sometimes funny, sometimes scary, piece of complex ensemble theatre.
First performed in 2001 in a circus tent; and again in 2004 under the stunning parabolic roof of the J Arthur Rank Memorial Chapel; and then toured as rehearsed readings every Christmas between 2010 to 2015 around multiple churches in Surrey, Gatton Community Theatre turn again to this exceptional script to celebrate their 25th Anniversary Year.
