Healthy Cents

Healthy Cents is a 4-week nutrition and budgeting curriculum designed to help participants make healthier food choices without stretching their budget. Each session explores what healthy food is and how to afford it, smart shopping strategies for fruits and vegetables, developing a realistic spending plan, and preparing healthy, affordable snacks. Participants will gain practical tools and confidence to eat well while managing their money wisely. There will also be a healthy snack!
