UNIT is excited to announce Edgeworth Capital’s Small & Mid Cap Stock Pitch Competition, where students are invited to step in the shoes of an investment house specialised in generating value from small niches within the market!
Employing a long-term discipline with investing in global small and mid-capitalisation companies, Edgeworth Capital’s fund is dedicated to finding overlooked, misunderstood and mispriced investments. With long positions in only approximately 15-20 high quality businesses, Edgeworth recognises the scarcity of truly great investment opportunities.
🏆Prizes:
Winners will receive a $1000 cash prize and exclusive long-term mentorship with Edgeworth!
📝Rules & Eligibility:
Participants must be University of Sydney students and are allowed to participate in teams of 1 - 4. Furthermore, if participating as a team, teams must designate one person to be the team contact. Individuals cannot participate in more than one pitch submission.
📍Location:
Finals will be hosted in person on the University of Sydney campus, where teams present in front of Edgeworth’s Investment Committee.

Applications open - September 22nd
Applications close - October 6th (11:59pm)
Case Release - October 7th (9:00am)
Submissions due - October 20th (11:59pm)
Finalists announced - October 21th
