This is a controlled contact Thai Boxing Interclub. Good technique must be used.

Adults must wear 16oz gloves.
Full Shin and instep protectors
Gum Shield and groin guard.

Juniors must wear
Body Protector
Full shin and instep protectors.
Gum Shield.
Groin guard.
Seating for everyone

Licenced Bar.

Fighters to arrive for 10 for weigh in.
Doors open 11.00

£10 Entrance for all fighters and Spectators CASH 💴 ONLY
