🌊Open Water Swimming at Arrow Valley Lake!🌊

Looking for a refreshing way to start your week? Join us and Worcester Triathlon Club for Open Water Swimming at Arrow Valley Lake, B98 0LJ, starting Monday, 5th May 2025 and continuing every Monday until 1st September! Each swim is £6 per session and includes full on-water safety provided by Rubicon Leisure.

Sessions are open for all not just Tri athletes!

💷 Cost: £6 per session
Age Rating: 16+

Regular wetsuit hire available for £2.50 (from Rubicon).

After your invigorating swim, enjoy complimentary coffee and cake! ☕🍰 Plus, we have changing rooms available for your convenience.

Sessions are hosted by Worcester Tri Club, but you are welcome to do what you wish. There is no coached sessions.

Wetsuit British Triathlon rules:

Equipment and Wetsuit Guidance
• All swimmers must wear appropriate swimwear. Wetsuits are strongly advised, and may be mandatory depending on water temperature, in accordance with British Triathlon guidance:
• - Below 13°C: Wetsuits mandatory
• - 13°C–15.9°C: Wetsuits strongly recommended
• - 16°C–22°C: Wetsuits optional
• - Above 22°C: Wetsuits not recommended, though permitted for training
• It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure all gear is suitable for open water use and in good working condition.

We will have wetsuits to rent if needed! See you there.
