Alzheimer’s and dementia affects more than 7 million Americans, with over 11 million caregivers providing unpaid support. The numbers are staggering and it is inevitable that Alzheimer's and dementia will touch everyone's life in some way. The Alzheimer’s Association is looking to change that by leading the charge to advance research, provide support for families and caregivers, and raise awareness.
Our signature fundraiser--The Walk to End Alzheimer's--will be held on September 20th, 2025 at Caldwell Park/South Grove, Redding. —Next to the trail, AND the water!
By participating you can help fund critical research, enhance care and support for those living with Alzheimer's, and raise awareness about the challenges faced by individuals and families impacted by this disease.
