We hope you'll join us for a very special production of William Shakespeare's immortal comedy, "A Midsummer Night's Dream."
Mischievous fairies, tangled love triangles, and an enchanted forest collide in Shasta College's fall production of "A Midsummer Night's Dream," William Shakespeare's timeless romantic comedy. Directed by Dr. Greg Thorson, this lively and accessible adaptation brings together mistaken identities, love potions, and an earnest band of amateur actors determined to stage a play—despite spells, chaos, and transformations. The result is a fast-paced, family-friendly romp through one of Shakespeare's most beloved works.
Performances will take place at 7pm in the Shasta College Theatre on October 10, 11, 17, and 18, with additional matinée performances at 2pm on October 12 and 19. Tickets are $15 for general admission, $10 for senior citizens over 65, and $5 for students. Tickets can be purchased at the Shasta College Box Office starting one hour before the performance, or online ahead of time for no additional cost.
