As we gather in our conversations after a summer off, we dive in to see how we find ourselves. What has been going on inside of your mind? What is on your mind is what you bring. We will explore some of the common emotions that distract us from living the best day ever. We won’t touch them all and the conversation will continue, but may our intention be to polish our way forward and be mindful of the good life we live with gratitude. Bring a friend and get to know one another at a deeper level.
