What You'll Receive

At this event, you'll get two documents that every adult should have:

A Healthcare Directive puts your medical wishes in writing and names someone you trust to make healthcare decisions if you can't speak for yourself.

A Financial Power of Attorney designates someone to manage your finances — paying bills, handling bank accounts, and signing documents — if you're ever unable to do so.

Without these documents, your family may have to go to court to get permission to act on your behalf. That process is expensive, stressful, and completely avoidable.

What to Expect

This is a casual, no-pressure open house, style event. Stop by anytime between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. You'll fill out a short intake form, we'll prepare your documents, and a notary will be on-site so you can sign and notarize everything before you leave.

The whole process takes about 15-30 minutes. Couples and partners are welcome — we can prepare documents for both of you.
