Simply roll out your yoga mat or beach towel and you're ready (no experience necessary).
Message to book on 💌 please note if you show up without a booking you will be turned away as I cannot teach more than 30 people at a time, and I need to know if there any health conditions beforehand to be insured to teach you☺
