As yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices become more popular, it's very likely you've heard the term "chakra" mentioned in a class or related conversation. These "energy centers" of the body have been described in a variety of historical sources, differing in number, significance, and other qualities.
This workshop series will have a separate event for each of the primary chakras, focusing on the connection between the chakras and kundalini energy flow through the body. We will discuss qualities of each chakra and how imbalances of the system may manifest in the physical or emotional body, as well as methods such as breathwork, yoga poses, guided meditation, and self-Reiki to help clear/balance your energetic channel and allow you to flow through life with more ease and grace. You may attend as many or as few of the workshops in the series as you like.
For Part 3 of the series, we will continue up from the base of the spine to the solar plexus chakra, also known as Manipura.

*Jackie Maurer will be guiding this workshop. She is a Reiki practitioner and trained in the practice of Shamanic Advanced Energy work as a mystery school graduate, where she studied a variety of spiritual, esoteric, and healing practices, as well as various behavioral therapy techniques through her personal healing journey. She is currently obtaining her 200-hour yoga teacher certification.
