Pickling Culinary Class

Buy our pickling classes as a package and take both our class offerings.

Quickles: Quick Pickling Class (10:00 am - 11:30 am) $35/person

Preserve the season and stretch the life of your produce by learning this simple and delicious technique. Each participant will go home with two 500ml jars of quick pickles made from scratch right here at Kitchen 49.

Picking Class (12:30 pm - 2:30 pm) $65/person

Join us at Kitchen 49 for a fun-filled afternoon learning about the art of food preservation. Going through the whole pickling process, this class will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to bring this practice into your own home. Each participant will bring home two 1L jars of fully preserved pickles and a deeper understanding of the practice.

During the break between the classes, enjoy a chef-made snack.
