Mental Health First Aid Certification (2 Days)

Mental Health First Aid equips you to recognize the signs of declining mental wellbeing and provide initial support or help during a crisis.

This course build confidence to respond calmly and offer meaningful help during tough moments- all without having to be a mental health expert.

You will gain:
- ability to recognize when someone may be struggling
- tools to approach, support and connect with someone in need
- confidence to have real conversations, reduce stigma, and offer help without judgement
- certification as a Mental Health First Aider and essential skills you can apply at work, home, or in your community

Course is two days.
Cost is 240.00 per person
