Event Description:

Join Ronnie Biletsky, (BScN-RN-SANE-A, CNE), a subject matter expert in the field of exploitation and trafficking. This 3-hour interactive session tailored to healthcare and frontline workers supporting at-risk youth. Participants will learn to recognize the red flags of sexual exploitation in patient presentations, understand key terminology, and access essential resources to support children and youth at risk. Attendees will gain practical skills and confidence to respond safely, effectively, and compassionately—because every child deserves a trusted advocate.

The Central Alberta Child Advocacy Centre’s Learning Series is seeking to equip frontline workers with essential tools and strategies to support children and youth experiencing trauma in our community. Through expert-led workshops, participants will gain practical skills to effectively care for and advocate for vulnerable young people in various roles.
