Tea Blending Class

Join Relaxation expert and tea blender, Nicole Lerario, as she guides you through a variety of herbs, roots, and leaves geared toward reducing stress and inducing relaxation or a good night's sleep.

You’ll learn about the properties of each botanical and how blends are created, and then follow along a 3-step process to help you design your own soothing blend of tea that you will get to take some with you! All herbs will be caffeine-free. Registration required.
