Yoga in the Orchard at Rose Hill Farm

Join yoga instructor Olivia on Saturdays at 11:30 am for an invigorating yet relaxing practice for all levels. This 60-minute vinyasa class is the perfect way to ease into your day. Previous yoga experience is suggested but not required.

We'll warm up the body with sun salutations before transitioning into standing poses, backbends, and forward bends to release tension and open up the muscles. Class will end with restorative poses and savasana—leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and refocused.

Bring a yoga mat and any props that you might like to use, such as blocks or straps. We suggest bringing water, sunscreen, bug spray, sunglasses or anything else you'll need to practice outside.

After class, head over to Rose Hill's taproom for drinks and snacks, grab some lunch from Rose Hill's rotating pop-up food trucks and restaurants, or explore the orchard and pick your own fruit!
