We’re back 🎉 Come and join us on Thursday 4th September at Fairview Community Centre for a big post-summer catch up ☀️
This month we’ll be chatting about boundaries - what they are, why they matter, and how to bring them back into family life after the whirlwind of summer holidays 🫠😵💫🫣
Our groups are completely free - all you need to bring is yourselves! We’ll have the kettle on, plenty of hot drinks, and of course, cake 🍰 Little ones will be kept busy with all the toys too 😃 Whether you’re expecting your first baby, knee-deep in toddlerhood, or navigating the rollercoaster of teenage moods, there’s a place for you here! 🤗
If you’re worried or anxious about attending the group, please drop us a message and we can have a quick chat beforehand. We can meet you at the door on arrival and bring you into the space, to ensure you feel comfortable and safe.
