Join Jess G. for a special restorative practice elevated with a sound bath from Jen Who Plays The Gong! Jen is a former bedside nurse and for the last 6 years has committed to providing restful sound immersion experiences as her livelihood to support balance in the nervous system. Jen's sound immersion combined with Jess's use of props and hands-on-assists will support you through a blissful and effortless meditation.
Each workshop will have a different focus/intention that suits the season.
January: Winter Hibernation
February: Being Love
March: Springing Forth
