A half-day hands-on workshop, feast of local home-made lunch with Eastern European wisdom accents and a take-away bag of freshly set to ferment produce.
Participants are able to make their own ferments and purchase our seasonal vegetables from the farm shop, to continue their journey into the world of fermentation at home
